It’s finally Friday night! Friday nights are a nice break from reality TV programming. Nothing but good old fashioned real scripted shows (not that reality TV isn't scripted). What I’m getting at is, grab the popcorn and relax, it’s Friday night!

Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

See what happens when an earthquake strikes.

8:30/7:30c: The Middle - rerun from 9/29/10

9/8c: No Ordinary Family - rerun from 10/05/10

10/9c: 20/20 - new episode

CBS

10/9c: Blue Bloods
A suspected racist is protected by diplomatic immunity. The family works together within the law to find justice.

CW
8/7c: Smallville - new episode
Clark needs a backup so Jor-El sends Supergirl to help. Lois is taken hostage by a shock jock possessed by evil.

9/8c: Supernatural - new episode
A biblical plague strikes the police force killing several officers. The investigation reveals there is chaos in heaven and some weapons were stolen.

FOX
8/7c: House - rerun
Hugh Laurie directed the episode. The hospital is under lockdown after an infant goes missing, so the team sits in reflection together.

9/8c: The Good Guys - new episode
Identity thieves are stealing mail and forging documents for a couple of drug running Mexicans.

NBC
8/7c: Dateline - new episode
A father is shot to death, Rob Stafford reports. Later, a home invasion (2007) in Connecticut results in the brutal murder of three family members, Dennis Murphy reports.

10/9c: Outlaw - new episode
A car manufacturer tries to cover up a malfunction causing accidents so Garza takes the case. Other’s question Garza’s motives for taking the case.

... and that’s what’s on network TV tonight.

So how are you going to spend your Friday night? I’ll be checking out Medium, as usual (it’s my favorite show right now), and probably Blue Bloods. Have you seen The Good Guys, and if so, do you recommend watching? Leave me a comment and let me know!
