Friday night brings another new line up for network TV, this has been a great week. Let’s see how we finish off the week.ABC: Well, not a new line up on every channel, but a great chance to catch up.
8/7c: Modern Family - repeat of season premiere
8:30/7:30c: Better With You - repeat of pilot episode
9/8c: The Whole Truth - repeat of pilot episode
10/9c: 20/20 - new episode
Chris Cuomo interviews alleged con woman, Bobbi Ann Finley, known as the “Military Mistress”.
CBS
8/7c: Medium - season premiere
Medium is back, with its seventh season opener! In a twist on Freaky Friday, Alison and Brigette get their body/minds switched. This is one of my favorite shows, I don’t care if the plot has been done to death. I’ll still watch.
9/8c: CSI: NY - season premiere
Sela Ward joins the staff of the crime lab on CSI: NY. The team works on the murder of a woman killed in the crime lab building.
10/9c: Blue Bloods - pilot episode
Starting in a tough time slot is the new cop family drama Blue Bloods. Tom Selleck stars as the police commissioner. I’ve been waiting for this one, I really hope it’s as good as the clips have been.
FOX
8/7c: Human Target - repeat episode
9/8c: The Good Guys - new episode
This sounds like a good show and I think I’m going to try and watch it Friday nights. The guys have to stop a prison break they inadvertently financed.
NBC
8/7c: Dateline - two hour season premiere
The mystery of two missing teenage girls is investigated.
10/9c: Outlaw - new episode
Jimmy Smits’ cornball drama about a supreme court judge that stepped down to help the injustices of the world. Don’t bother with this one.
CW: (sorry I have been remiss in including the CW on this list!)
8/7c: Smallville - season premiere
Season ten of Smallville starts with Lois saving Clark. Well that’s a great start!
9/8c: Supernatural - season premiere
Season six of the weirdest, wildest show on television, Supernatural, starts tonight. Sam is released from Hell (told you it was wild) and is back to fighting evil.
That’s what’s on network TV tonight. I recommend Medium, The Good Guys and Blue Bloods. If you don’t feel like drama, check out the sitcom reruns on ABC. What are you going to watch?
