What’s on Network TV Tonight? (Friday 5/13/11)

Happy Friday the 13th, hope it’s treating you well. There have been spotty outages all over the Internet today, and I blame the “holiday.” In any case, it’s going to be a great night for staying in and watching some network TV shows. Every channel has a new episode for us, so let’s get to the primetime lineup.

Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

ABC
8/7c: Shark Tank - new episode
The season two finale pitches include: Maternity T-shirts, toilet training kits for cats (seriously), affordable extravagant jewelry, and shoes with interchangeable tops.

9/8c: Primetime: What Would You Do? - new episode



10/9c: 20/20 - new episode
Stephanie Nielson (NieNie Dialogues is her “mommy blogger” handle) and her husband discuss the 2008 plane crash that nearly took their lives. Also, Elizabeth Vargas reports on the ongoing appeal of Amanda Knox after her 2009 murder conviction in Italy.

8/7c: Flashpoint - new episode
“Thicker Than Blood” - A desperate couple rob a bank to get money for their sick child’s treatment.

9/8c: CSI: NY - new episode
The Season 7 finale has Mac closing his unsolved cases and questioning his career after a near death experience.

10/9c: Blue Blood - new episode
“The Blue Templar” - The first season finale has Frank attempting to take down the Blue Templar police organization after some dirty cops are found.

8/7c: Smallville - new episode

This is it Smallville fans… the series finale. After ten years Clark’s journey to becoming the Man of Steel concludes when Lex Luthor returns to Smallville. Guest stars Michael Rosenbaum.

8/7c: Kitchen Nightmares - new episode
Chef Ramsay is off to New Orleans to help a restaurant called Zeke’s get a new menu and décor.

9/8c: Kitchen Nightmares - new episode
Chef Ramsay tries to help the owners of DownCity keep their doors open in Providence, RI.

NBC
8/7c: Friday Night Lights - new episode
The Lions have a road trip and Eric gives recruitment advice to Vince.

9/8c: Dateline NBC - new episode
The disappearance of Mark Weinberger in 2004 while vacationing in Greece is investigated. The plastic surgeon was facing a host of lawsuits for malpractice at the time.

  1. We pushed alot of buttons trying to find something on. Friday has always been a terrible tv night. I grabbed some knitting while hubby watched sports..........Generally speaking there won't be anything good on tv now for several months.
