Thursday nights offer comedy on two networks. NBC and CBS go head to head for laughs with their lineups. ABC, FOX and the CW keep it dramatic. I’m pretty open on Thursdays and do a lot more flipping than any other night of the week.Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:
ABC
8/7c: Grey’s Anatomy - rerun
Caterina Scorsone guest stars as Derek’s estranged sister.
9/8c: Grey’s Anatomy - new episode
The obstetrician gives Derek and Meredith some bad news. A car crash leads to carnage in the ER for the surgical team.
10/9c: Private Practice - new episode
Hailey Sole joins the cast as Dell’s daughter Betsy. A pregnant woman’s chronic pain has the team arguing over whether or not she should have surgery.
CBS
8/7c: Big Bang Theory - new episode
Sheldon and Raj battle it out geek style at work. A secret is revealed, embarrassing Wolowitz.
8:30/7:30c: S#*! My Dad Says - new episode
Vince and Bonnie try to come up with an ad for their real estate company. Ed and Henry go on a double date.
9/8c: CSI: Crime Scene Investigation - new episode
Ann Margaret guest stars. A serial killer, Squeegel, is hunting Las Vegas celebrities with nasty secrets in their closets.
10/9c: The Mentalist
After a man is exonerated from a rape and murder sentence by DNA evidence, he is released from prison and murdered.
CW
8/7c: Vampire Diaries - rerun
Rerun of the season two premiere.
9/8c: Nikita - rerun
Rerun of the pilot episode.
FOX
8/7c: Bones - new episode
David Alan Grier guest stars as celebrity professor that wants to film his kid science show at the Jeffersonian. The team finds a dismembered corpse and identifies it as a bounty hunter.
9/8c: Fringe - new episode
When a potentially dangerous circumstance arises around an important official, Thomas enlists the help of a shape-shifter.
NBC
8/7c: Community - new episode
Abed must keep the team safe when they decide to refurbish an old flight simulator to stay competitive with another college.
8:30/7:30c: 30 Rock - Live episode
The episode is live for East coast people! The entire group forget it’s Liz’s 40th birthday party, which leaves her fuming. Tracy thinks is funny to break character and laugh during a performance.. so he will do that all night long.
9/8c: The Office - new episode
All of Michael’s old girlfriends come back... because Michael thinks he has herpes. Andy decides to hold sex-ed class for the office in an attempt to win over Erin.
9:30/8:30c: Outsourced - new episode
Rajiv tries to impress his future father-in-law by acting like he’s manager of the office, after making up a fake holiday to get rid of Todd for the day.
10/9c: The Apprentice - new episode
Both teams struggle with a fashion show task tonight. It’s for footwear, and one team has models showing a little too much.
