Saturday nights are the ultimate catch up night if you missed any shows during the week. It’s also a great night for sports fans. College football fans get their fill of games, even in prime time. MLB followers will be pleased as the playoffs continue on FOX.
Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:
ABC
8/7c: College Football: Oklahoma at Missouri
CBS
8/7c: NCIS: Los Angeles - rerun
The team investigates the murder of a defense contractor, and fear the secrets of his classified position may be compromised.
9/8c: Criminal Minds - rerun
The BAU team investigates a serial murderer that impregnates women and kills them after they give birth.
10/9c: 48hrs Mystery - new episode
A woman gets a car ride from a stranger that ends up being a serial killer.
CW local programming
FOX
8/7c: MLB Playoffs: Game 6 Giants at Phillies
NBC
8/7c: Outlaw - new episode
An orphan is denied an organ transplant and Garza and his team are on the case. Eddie must make a career changing decision. Elizabeth Penna guest stars.
9/8c: Law & Order: Los Angeles - rerun
Politics and war crimes come into play when a meth lab explodes killing two children. The federal government tries to take over the case.
10/9c: Law & Order: SVU - rerun
David Krumholtz guest stars as a professor that is also an activist and now becomes a murder suspect. A woman is found dead in a fountain after she ingests mushrooms.
It’s going to be a great night of TV, especially for the weekend. Putting a rerun of Criminal Minds in prime time for space filling is a great decision for CBS. Hopefully that continues as needed. Even an old rerun of Criminal Minds is better than any other rerun right now.
Glad NBC is finally rerunning the mushroom energy of Law & Order: SVU too. I was looking for it last week. If you missed the episode of the new Law & Order: Los Angeles, this one may be worth a look too.
What are you planning on watching on network TV tonight?
