What’s on Network TV Tonight? (Saturday 3/12/11)

WipeOutSaturdays are still pretty much a catch up night on network TV. If you missed an episode of your favorite show chances are you can watch it on the weekend. Even if you have to find it online. Most of the networks have taken NBC’s stance now though and are running the reruns on Saturday nights.

Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

ABC
8/7c: Wipeout - rerun

9/8c: Rascal Flatts: Nothing Like This - special

10/9c: Secret Millionaire - rerun

CBS
8/7c: NCIS - rerun

9/8c: NCIS: Los Angeles - rerun

10/9c 48 Hours Mystery - rerun:

CW  Local programming

FOX
8/7c: Cops - new episode

8:30/7:30c: Cops - rerun

9/8c: America’s Most Wanted - new episode

NBC
8/7c: Harry’s Law - rerun

9/8c: Law & Order: Los Angeles - rerun

10/9c: Law & Order: SVU - rerun

TV Review recommendations:

Harry’s Law, even as a rerun, is one of the best shows on network TV right now. Tonight’s episode involves Adam seeing a gang shooting, then he represents the teen in court.

Law & Order: Los Angeles is decent and worth a look if you’ve not seen it yet. Tonight’s episode involves a pro golfer and his wife… sound familiar? Ripped from the headlines.

Law & Order: SVU is always worth a look. When all else fails, watch this show. Tonight’s rerun is a particularly gruesome one about human trafficking.

48 Hours Mystery investigates the 2003 murder of Houston’s Jeffrey Wright who was stabbed by his wife 193 times and buried in his backyard. The show focuses on his wife attempting to get a lesser sentence after claiming spousal abuse.

Wipeout is for those who just want to giggle at the stupidity of others. I must admit it’s one of my favorites shows. I love the commentary.

Cops goes to Amarillo, TX and Cook County, IL tonight. In one case they investigate an animal hoarder.

The CW airs local programming as usual on the weekend. Tune in to watch the Boy's State Basketball Tournament here in Iowa.

Really not a bad night on network TV. NCAA basketball takes over next weekend, at least on CBS, so take the good reruns while you can. So, what are you watching on TV tonight?
