What’s on Network TV Tonight? (Friday 4/08/11)

Time to get the weekend started! There are quite a few new episodes airing tonight, FOX is the main exception. Don’t forget to set your DVR to catch all the new shows so you have some entertainment for the weekend, usually reserved for reruns on all the networks.

Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

ABC
8/7c: Shark Tank - new episode
Jeff Foxworthy joins the sharks. Don’t laugh, the guy has made millions marketing himself. Vincent Pastore of  “The Sopranos” is one of the entrepreneurs pitching a product tonight.



9/8c: Primetime: What Would You Do? - new episode
A man proposes to his girlfriend in a restaurant where the other customers have witnessed her cheating on him. A health food store manager rejects an overweight person’s job application in front of customers.

10/9c: 20/20 - new episode
Stories include an investigation into the Independent Fundamental Baptist Church.

CBS
8/7c: CHAOS - new episode
Agents attempt to smuggle a family in danger out of North Korea.

9/8c: CSI: NY
The CSI’s investigate after a gourmet food truck explodes at a food fair.

10/9c: Blue Bloods - new episode
Designer Marc Bouwer guest appears as himself. Linda’s model niece and a reporter are poisoned at a fashion show.

8/7c: Smallville - rerun

9/8c: Supernatural - rerun

FOX
8/7c: Kitchen Nightmares - rerun

9/8c: Fringe - rerun

NBC
8/7c: Who Do You Think You Are? - new episode
The season two finale focuses on the family history of Ashley Judd.

9/8c: Dateline NBC - rerun
Keith Morrison reports on the disappearance of two California teen girls.

If you haven’t watched Shark Tank on ABC yet, you are missing some really good TV. This is not your average reality TV program. Not even close. The drama comes when the sharks battle each other for who will fund  projects. This show is definitely a keeper.
