What’s on Network TV Tonight? (Friday 5/13/11)

Happy Friday the 13th, hope it’s treating you well. There have been spotty outages all over the Internet today, and I blame the “holiday.” In any case, it’s going to be a great night for staying in and watching some network TV shows. Every channel has a new episode for us, so let’s get to the primetime lineup.

Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

ABC
8/7c: Shark Tank - new episode
The season two finale pitches include: Maternity T-shirts, toilet training kits for cats (seriously), affordable extravagant jewelry, and shoes with interchangeable tops.

9/8c: Primetime: What Would You Do? - new episode

What’s on Network TV Tonight? (Friday 5/06/11)

Wow, this week went by fast! Sorry if yours did not do the same, but maybe some good TV shows will get the weekend off to a good start for you.  The worst part of the night is that there are so many new shows on it’s going to be hard to pick which to watch. Hopefully that’s the biggest worry for this weekend. One note: Flashpoint fans, the show returns tonight on CBS!

Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

ABC
8/7c: Shark Tank - new episode
Mark Cuban joins the sharks and gives the entrepreneurs an interesting set of instructions if they want to work with him. Candles for men, a new wedding item and an eco-friendly way to listen to music are on the line for the sharks.

What’s on Network TV Tonight? (Friday 4/29/11)

Friday is quickly becoming one of my favorite nights of the week. Not just because it’s Friday, but mostly because it’s the night Shark Tank airs on ABC. I’m not a huge fan of ABC, but they could show that reality business show every night and I’d become one. Actually tonight boasts all new episodes on every network, so there should be something for everyone!

Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

ABC
8/7c: Shark Tank - new episode
Jeff Foxworthy is on the panel this week. Products include: a line of push lawn mowers, a push-up workout machine, a birthday party franchise, a carsick solution, and a product that may save children’s lives.

9/8c: 20/20 - new episode
“A Special Edition of 20/20: A Modern Fairytale” - a look back on the royal wedding and all it’s glory.

Finally we got to watch the full premiere of Blue Bloods on CBS. The drama is centered around the Reagan family of cops (and a prosecutor) in New York. It’s almost stereotypical of the NYC police dramas, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) plays the father, with two cop sons and a prosecutor daughter. One son was recently killed, apparently while working covertly for the police department.

2010 Fall Network TV Schedule: What New Shows Are You Ready to Watch?

Photo taken at the 41st Emmy Awards 9/17/89 - ...Image via Wikipedia
After all the series finales at the end of last season, I’m excited about some of the new shows coming to network TV.

Here are the fall 2010 network TV shows I’m looking forward to:

“The Event” (NBC)
Please tell me what the event is, NBC! I’ve been waiting patiently. I’ve already made a thousand guesses as to what it is. I know Jason Ritter is in “The Event”, that’s a good sign. I know Blair Underwood is in it, another good sign. There appears to be a lot of covert activity and cover up involved in “The Event”, I’m hoping I can keep up. The show will air Mondays at 9/8c on NBC.
