The first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament is one of the most exciting events in all of college sports, that is why they call it March Madness. However, the NCAA Tournament can also be very frustrating because of the coverage by CBS. Most of the time viewers of the NCAA Tournament have to watch "regional coverage" when they'd rather watch the best game going on at the time...
