8/7c: The Middle - new episode
Axl has to work in the quarry after being suspended from school. He decides he likes the job so much he wants to quit school and go to work full-time.
8:30/7:30c: Better With You - new episode
Casey and Mia’s young love crashes with their first fight. Joel and Vickie explain their secrets for overcoming marital spats.
9/8c: Modern Family - new episode
Gloria and Jay have to attend a major birthday party for an employee’s daughter. Cameron’s choice of clothing causes quite a stir, as does Phil’s banquet speech.
9:30/8:30c: Cougar Town - new episode
Jules is confused by Grayson and Laurie’s fling. Andy gives Travis romantic advice; and Bobby is a fan of a street performer.
10/9c: 20/20 Special - The rescue of the Chilean miners.
Diane Sawyer will host a special on the miraculous rescue of the 33 Chilean miners stuck underground for over two months (today is day 70 for those still in the mine). As of the time of this edit, the 27th miner has been pulled to the surface with six to go plus three rescue workers sent in at the beginning.

8/7c: Survivor Nicaragua - new episode
The merge is on tonight on the island. Who will take command of the new tribe? One more castaway will go home tonight at tribal council.
9/8c: Criminal Minds - new episode
There is a serial killer going after married couples. The BAU comes in to profile the case and find the killer.
10/9c: The Defenders - new episode
Pete has to represent a lottery winner that loses his winnings in a night of gambling. Nick defends an arsonist who may be charged with murder.
CW
8/7c: America’s Next Top Model - new episode
Patrick Demarchelier photographs the ladies on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.
9/8c: Hellcats - new episode
It’s the girl’s volleyball team versus the Hellcat’s in a game of flag football. When Alice wants to cheat Savannah steps in to stop her.
FOX
8/7c: Hell’s Kitchen - new episode
There are only nine hopefuls left in Hell’s Kitchen and tonight they must whip up a dish using five random ingredients. The winners get a trip to Vegas! The later challenge is to shop on a budget and serve the dishes to four special judges. Some important people show up for dinner service.
NBC
8/7c: Undercovers - new episode
Samantha and Steven wind up undercover at the London Philharmonic looking for a lead in a case of a missing CIA hard drive.
9/8c: Law & Order: SVU
“I’m not the one who stabbed the Captain with a pickle”, says Olivia Benson. Maybe the greatest line ever. A woman is found dead in a fountain after she’s ingested toxic mushrooms. David Krumholtz guest stars as the suspect.
10/9c: Law & Order: Los Angeles
When a pro surfer is murdered in what appears to be a robbery gone wrong, the detectives thing there is more to the story.

I’m torn between watching or recording Criminal Minds and Law & Order: SVU. NBC has been kind enough to show reruns on Saturday night, so I’ll likely wait for that airing of SVU. What are you going to watch tonight?
