Celebrity Apprentice: Marlee Matlin Breaks a Record and Saves Gary Busey… Good-bye Richard Hatch

Meat LoafMeatloaf has a meltdown on Celebrity Apprentice tonightCover of Meat Loaf
Tonight was a whirlwind of crazy excitement on Celebrity Apprentice. From Meatloaf’s meltdown, which should really be a name of a sandwich, to Marlee Matlin proving once again she is all class in and out of the boardroom. When the dust finally settled there was a record amount of money raised for charity on both teams. Richard Hatch was fired in one of the most bizarre boardrooms ever.

The task tonight was to sell artwork that each team created themselves. Well, almost all of it was created by them anyway, more on that later.

Project Managers:

ASAP - Marlee Matlin - charity The Starkey Hearing Foundation

NBC Coverage of the 2010 Winter Olympics... is lacking

NBC has the exclusive rights to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, again. So, again, we only get to see the parts of the Olympic games that the producers at NBC deem fit for us.

They did finally announce today that they would not show the video of fallen luge athlete Nodar Kumaritashvili. This comes after showing the video on every news opportunity NBC had yesterday (the day of the deadly accident.

The opening ceremonies in Vancouver were boring. Not compared to China's opening, just boring in general. I'm really glad they let the parade of athletes come first.

Of all the pomp and circumstance prior to the athletes taking to the mountains, I enjoyed the unveiling of the re-recording of "We Are the World" the most. I was a little put off by Michael Jackson being dubbed in at first, but after seeing the full version I really like it on it's own. I'm glad they kept MJ in there.
