The Apprentice: Crazy Dave Survives the Boardroom, James Gets Fired

Tonight The Apprentice candidates went to the dogs, literally. In a task for dog lovers, the two teams had to design a business strategy for a dog hotel and spa. James stepped up as PM for the men, Tayana took over for the women. Ceasar Milan was a guest judge.

Right from the start, Dave had his eyes on James’ jugular. He was out for blood claiming he had been disrespected. M’kay. Dave is crazy, tonight he proved it. Beware all company CEO’s watching,

Liza felt attacked in the boardroom last week. She was a little, but she was not called in to be fired. Still, she could not shake it. Instead, a cat fight ensued between Stephanie and Liza. Things were finally settled down when the men got bored with watching them.

Wade came up with a great idea for the men to offer webcam viewing for pet owners that leave their dogs at their place. The men had a lot of good ideas, but James was lacking on implementing them. Dave was wreaking havoc every chance he got. By the time Dave called James “boy” after some other nasty remarks, James fired Dave from the task.

While the team seemed calmer after Dave left, they were still disorganized. I sort of heard what their ideas were, but I saw nothing during the judging. Ceasar Milan compared the group to a pack of dominant dogs, as they all were hovering near the door when he arrived.

Mahsa told the entire team several times the she her mom owned a beauty shop and she was the receptionist for 15 years. Tayana promptly put Mahsa on dog walking duty. I thought that was pretty funny. Mahsa never wants to do any real work, she always wants to be the person up front, speaking for the group. Mahsa then said she was terrified of dogs.

In the boardroom, Mahsa continued to complain to Donald Trump. She said she had to work with these vicious animals and she was terrified. Yet we saw her trying to act scared during the interaction with the dogs, but it was really disgust. There is a big, big difference! The dogs did not even react to her it was so fake.

Trump pretty much shut down Mahsa, as he usually does, to start the drama on the men’s team. He went right to Dave, who immediately attacked James’ lack of leadership. James did his best to defend himself. At one point during the task, James blew off the business owner. It did not show them ever meeting later. Probably a fatal mistake.

Though Ceasar Milan was most impressed with the webcam idea on the men’s team, the women’s team won.

Donald Trump asked Liza if she was happy they won saying, "...you'll still have to live with these bitches!" Yeah, that's a drawback.

James chose Dave, obviously... and Wade to join him in the boardroom for elimination. Um, Wade came up with the only idea that the judges liked. I think James just pulled a name out of the air knowing it was he or Dave leaving The Apprentice tonight.

Ivanka Trump did the best job of calling Dave on his disrespectful and negative attitude. She commented on him rolling his eyes, which he does constantly, and basically acting like a child. Even in the boardroom Dave cannot control himself.

Donald Trump ultimately fired James for losing the task. He is, of course, correct. The team lost even with Dave gone. Dave did not cause chaos after he left. James got a job with the New York Attorney General Office. Now that’s probably at the top of his dream job list! He looked happy.

So we get at least one more week of drama on The Apprentice. Wade went to bat for Dave in the boardroom, volunteering to run the next project and manage Dave effectively. Wade also told James not to “let the door hit you in the ass” as they left the boardroom. Guess Wade took it a little personally.

The previews of next week show Dave devolving further into his infantile tirades, and Wade having little or no control. Will next week be the end of crazy Dave on The Apprentice? Did you think Donald Trump should have fired him tonight?
