The Biggest Loser 10: Adam Goes Home (with his prize in his pocket)

It was another night of twists for the contestants of the Biggest Loser 10. Tonight only one person’s weight loss on each team would matter. Teams would choose who they wanted to weigh in from the opposite team. No reason for it, just a new shake up for the ranch.

Elizabeth was the obvious target of the Blue team. She has consistently pulled in low number. Jillian was way ahead of them. She focused most of the gym time and nearly all of the final workout on Elizabeth.

Bob spread the workout around, like it was any other week. All players would benefit, but that doesn’t always mean a win on the Biggest Loser.

The Biggest Loser 10: Sophia and Burgandy Both Get Eliminated

Another new twist hit the contestants on The Biggest Loser this week. Yep, that’s a new twist weekly now... and there’s another coming next week. First a red line was added to the weigh in and the person finishing last would be automatically eliminated from TBL 10. Sophia fell below the red line. After a case of severe tendonitis and falling below the yellow line, Burgandy was eliminated by votes at the end.

Tonight started out with a cupcake challenge. The temptations are nothing new to The Biggest Loser ranch, and are there to prepare the players for the ‘real world’. In the cupcake challenge, those who wished to participate played for a disc worth pounds in the weigh in. The twist: the disc was worth one pound tonight if used, or it gains a pound per week until the winner uses it, so it could be worth 8 pounds if the winner saves it. Of course, you had to eat cupcakes to get clues to the whereabouts of the disc.
