DWTS Elimination Week 5: Petra Nemkova Goes Home

Dancing With the Stars lit up with country tonight with a live Toby Keith appearance. Hines Ward and Kym Johnson were pronounced safe first after their great rumba last night. Then the judges asked Romeo and partner Chelsea Hightower to repeat there fox trot from last night.

Toby Keith took the stage to perform "Should've Been a Cowboy" and later "American Soldier." He sounded great, even if he didn't look thrilled about performing on DWTS.

I'll send you over to the expert now for the full elimination night recap. Take it away Sherry Wight:

Dancing With the Stars 2010 Results Show: Kurt Warner Misses Out on the Final Four

Kurt Warner on USNS Mercy 2-12-05 050212-N-650...Kurt Warner Eliminated on DWTS 2010Image via Wikipedia
I'm telling ya, it's a Tea Party conspiracy on Dancing With the Stars this season. It's the only explanation for the continued success of Bristol Palin. Kurt Warner was no Fred Astaire, but come on. *Adjusts tin foil hat*

I had a feeling Kurt Warner would maybe not make it to the final four, he's not even close to previous finalists in dance ability. He's so cute though, and such a nice guy. Fifth place isn't that bad, really.

So the final four on Dancing With the Stars 2010 are: Bristol Palin, Jennifer Grey, Brandy and Kyle Massey.

Here is Sherry Wight with the full recap of tonight's Dancing With the Stars live results show:

Dancing With the Stars 2010 Week 7 Results: Rick Fox Goes Home

Dancing with the Stars: Latin Cardio DanceOn a live Dancing With the Stars results show that landed on election night in the US, Rick Fox failed to earn enough votes to continue dancing. The lowest vote-getters were Kyle Massey, Bristol Palin and Rick Fox. The entire Team Yamaguchi, from last nights team dancing.

Bristol Palin was the first of the bottom three to be put at ease. The teen activist was overjoyed, as was her partner Mark Ballas (the dancers only get paid for as long as their star stays DWTS).

Kyle Massey's personality is definitely helping him. He's just a cute young guy, that appears to have fun. Good for Kyle. I hope he stays a little longer.

Dancing With the Stars 2010: Audrina Partidge Goes Home Early

Audrina Patridge - attending Los Angeles Fashi...Audrina PartridgeImage via Wikipedia
It's official, there are no teenage boys watching Dancing With the Stars. If there were, surely Kurt Warner would have been the one to leave the show last night. As it is, Audrina Partridge was the surprise elimination last night on DWTS 2010.

Warner was hands down the worst of rock & roll night on Monday's show. Partridge did well in all the events. She's been in the middle of the pack all season and seemed sure to stay for a few more weeks.

Here is Sherry Wight with the full story on week six of Dancing With the Stars 2010:

Dancing With the Stars 2010: Florence Henderson's Swan Song

Actress and singer Florence Henderson.Florence HendersonImage via Wikipedia
Here's the story, of a lovely lady... who was told last night that she must leave the stage. Sorry, I can't get enough Brady Bunch puns in at this point. Poor Florence Henderson, even dancing to her long running TV show theme song could not save her from elimination on this season's Dancing With the Stars.

I really thought it would finally be Bristol Palin's week to exit stage left. This must be a tea party conspiracy! Just kidding, just kidding... please no hate mail. The young Palin got another stay last night on the DWTS results show.

Here is Sherry Wight with the full recap of how the week five results show went down:

Dancing With the Stars: Week 5 Recap

BrandyCover of Brandy
Week 5 on DWTS paid homage to the TV theme song. I'm actually hoping Brandy can get her stuff together and really give front runner Jennifer Grey a run for her money. This week she did come alive and really managed to impress all three judges. Hopefully she keeps up her high marks and makes it a contest (even if it is just a fake mirrored ball).

I'm so proud of myself (not!) for guessing correctly that Florence Henderson would be dancing to the theme from The Brady Bunch. Seriously, what else could she do? It was only right.

Now I'll turn you over to the capable hands of DWTS enthusiast Sherry Wight for her weekly write up.

Dancing With the Stars Week 4 Review: The Situation Has Been Handled

Dancing with the Stars: We Dance! It was not a good situation tonight... sorry, I had to say it. Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino got handed his walking shoes by the voters tonight on Dancing With the Stars. Yep, guess America agreed with the DWTS judges last night. His dance was, um, not good. At least he did get to show his abs, and I think that was his biggest goal. So, kudos to you "Sitch"... and buh-bye.

DWTS Week 3: Margaret Cho Leaves the Stage

Margaret Cho on the red carpet at the Emmys 9/...Margaret Cho - Image via Wikipedia
What could have been a night filled with reality drama turned out to be merely a kitten fight. As Michael Bolten returned to the Dancing With the Stars stage to entertain, no word of apology were uttered from jude Bruno Tonioli. Ah well, probably for the best.

Margaret Cho said her good-byes tonight on the live DWTS results show. Her samba was not nearly enough to save her from elimination. She may be funny, but she ain't no dancer.

Here is Sherry Wight with the play by play for the night:

Dancing With the Stars Results Show 9/28/10

Dance with Julianne: Cardio BallroomWell, if you watched last night's live Dancing With the Stars show you probably aren't surprised who went home tonight. The other question of the night, or controversy of the day, was Sarah Palin booed last night in her audience appearance? I don't know, but I know someone who does! I now turn you over to the capable hands of Sherry Wight for her recap of the live DWTS results show.

Dancing with the Stars 2010 Week 2 Results: Michael Bolton Gets Bounced, Duh; Was Sarah Palin Booed?

The Dancing with the Stars week 2 results show aired Tuesday evening on ABC, just a night after the 11 remaining stars turned in an array of mostly fabulous performances. The hourlong dance-o-matic extravaganza featured performances by musical guests Seal and Janelle Monae, as well as the next high-flying, supercharged installment of the Macy*s Stars of Dance sequence.

Dancing with the Stars Fall 2010 Week 1 Results Show Shocker: The 'Hoff' is Off!

Actor David Hasselhoff at Virgin Megastore LondonImage via Wikipedia
Even I was shocked when I read Sherry Wight's recap of the first Dancing With the Stars elimination show. Catch up here!

Just one night after the Fall season of Dancing with the Stars 2010 got its start, the first results show brought the Mirrorball dreams of one celebrity to a premature end in shocking fashion as actor David Hasselhoff was eliminated from contention. Here's a complete rundown of the action, which featured musical performances by Santana, Chris Daughtry and India Arie, lots of drama, and of course, the ominous glow of the red light.
