Are you ready for the most stacked night on network TV? Wednesday’s are tough, since so many shows air opposite each other. Set the DVR to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

8/7c: The Middle - new episode
A foreign exchange student comes to live with the Heck family, but shows no interest in them at all.

8:30/7:30c: Better With You - new episode
Vicky’s funny emails are bothering Ben when he receives them at work, so Maddie tries to help. Mia explains to Casey that sex is okay during pregnancy.

9/8c: Modern Family - new episode

9:30/8:30c: Cougar Town - new episode

10/9c: The Whole Truth - new episode
Wade Andrew Williams guest stars as a detective that gets a confession from a rich teen who is arrested for killing his mother and attempting to kill his father.

CBS
8/7c: Survivor Nicaragua - new episode
In  another new twist, teams are surprised to find out that they are still playing for individual immunity, not full tribe immunity. Both teams go to tribal council tonight.

9/8c: Criminal Minds - new episode
A serial killer is stalking families in the Midwest. Ellie Spicer runs away from her foster family to go visit Morgan.

10/9c: The Defenders - new episode

CW
8/7c: America’s Next Top Model - new episode

9/8c: Hellcats - rerun
Aly Michalka guest stars as pre-law student that wins a spot on Memphis University’s fiercely competitive cheer squad.

FOX
8/7c: MLB Playoffs Game 4: Phillies at Giants

NBC
8/7c: Undercovers - new episode
Steven and Samantha must bring a North Korean physicist safely to the US, but plans change when he refuses to leave without his daughter. There are other groups of spies out looking for the girl as well.

9/8c: Law & Order: SVU - new episode
Michael Gladis and Kevin Alejandro guest star as two men who are beaten and branded on their chest. A suspect in the case brings a new twist. David Alan Grier and Jason Wiles also guest star.

10/9c: Law & Order: Los Angeles - new episode
When a meth lab explodes killing two children, the search is on for the drug dealing family. The feds get involved when it’s found that the people that blew up the meth lab have a larger plan.

So, no Hell’s Kitchen tonight. That’s a little tough to take with the cliff-hanger ending we were left with. Oh, Chef Ramsay, how you toy with us! I still think Trev (the chef in limbo) will be moved to the men’s team, or maybe the teams will finally be combined. Hopefully we will find out next week. Then again, hopefully baseball will be over before spring.

If you aren’t a sports fan, or at least a fan of the teams playing tonight on FOX, check out Criminal Minds or Law & Order for plenty of great writing. I’m still not in love with the new Law & Order: Los Angeles, but it’s not bad.

What are you going to watch on network TV tonight? Are you a Hell’s Kitchen fan that’s anxiously awaiting its return? I’m actually a little happy for the break. I wish they would spread a few of these shows out to Thursday and Friday nights so we can see them all without having to tape them... but if that’s the worst of my troubles, I guess that’s not bad!
