Courtney only had to lose two pounds to stay at the Biggest Loser ranch. It was heart breaking when she stepped on the scale and a -1 showed up. Never have the words “you are not the biggest loser” rang so true as they did tonight. Courtney is a true winner.
The reward challenge was a night out in Hollywood. Jillian and the rest of the trainers thought it was more of a curse than a reward. The black team won. Rulon, Jay and Hannah got all dressed up (and looked amazing) and hit the town. They did well with their menu choices… and Hannah got hit on! Jay and Rulon left her alone with her new found friend. It was a nice night that they all needed.
The rest of the teams had to clean the entire ranch, gym and all. That was rough, especially after Hannah described what the men were doing in the gym.
Brett appeared to be working Courtney hard, and I’m sure he was. I was a bit hard on him tonight on Twitter following the final weigh-in. I know it was not his fault. He lost his place on the Biggest Loser ranch as well. It just seemed like Courtney was doing better under the guidance of Bob and Jillian. His style was just not working as well for her.
I don’t remember any other time when so many cried over an elimination. Bob was mad, Jillian was wiping tears away. Heck, even Allison Sweeney was crying. The strongest person was Courtney. Who else? She’s been such an inspiration to so many people.
“You don’t need to be on the Biggest Loser to lose weight. Don’t sit on the couch and watch us change our lives…” said Courtney as she prepared to leave the ranch, still motivating people at home.
Twitter nearly blew up with tears afterward. One watcher (@BubblyHeart) said it best, “Courtney didn't need the Biggest Loser but they needed her.”
Courtney and her mother Marci are without a doubt the most inspirational people who’ve been on the show since I’ve been watching. The only good thing about tonight’s elimination was getting to see Marci again, who looked amazing too.
My guess is that Courtney will be a real contender for the at-home prize this season of Biggest Loser. I hope so at least!

She reminds me so much of my friend Jill. They just are both so inspiring. Why did she have to go. My friend lost 100 pounds and never was on the ranch. Just like she said to everyone watching tonight, It can be done at home. My friend is living proof. Check out her before and afters. http://getupandgetmoving.net

You are lucky to have such a great friend in Jill! People like that are sadly few and far between today.
