Tuesday nights are becoming a welcomed break from some of the frenetic shows on network TV right now. Snuggled in between American Idol and The Event, I could use a night off. There is some reality on tonight, but I usually clean house as a workout during Biggest Loser.Here’s what’s on network TV tonight:

- still one of the most wholesome (get it?) shows on network TV. Bob, Jillian and both new trainers will have you feeling guilty for eating during their show… in a good way.Glee
