Grill’billies Is Not America’s Next Great Restaurant

I’ve been enjoying America’s Next Great Restaurant on Sunday nights since it started airing on NBC before Celebrity Apprentice. I’ll watch anything with Curtis Stone, at least once. The premise is simple, come up with a great concept for a fast casual dining chain, and show four tough judges it’s worth their money to invest. Kind of a combination Hell’s Kitchen and Shark Tank. Both great shows. America’s Next Great Restaurant is not quite up to their level, but it’s a good show. Grill’billies, ran by Krystal Seymour and Greg Westcott, were eliminated tonight, leaving the final four.

We are down to the final four concepts and the chain opens in two weeks in Minneapolis, Hollywood and New York. The final four are:
Jamawn Woods - Soul Daddy’s
Joe Galluzzi - Brooklyn Meatball Co. (formerly Saucy Balls)
Sudhir Kandula  - Spice Coast
Stephenie Park - Harvest Sol
