What’s on Network TV Tonight (12/28/10)

Another night of reruns awaits us tonight. This is a rough patch of ‘in between’, but at least you can catch up on any episodes you may have missed. ABC gives us one more holiday special, while NBC gears up for the Biggest Loser 11. The best of the night will surely be the Kennedy Center Honors show.

8/7c: Rudolf’s Shiny New Year - rerun special
This 70’s classic makes it yearly return with all the original voices and songs. Grab the kids for one more favorite.
9/8c: No Ordinary Family - rerun
Jim goes after bank robbers and Stephanie goes back on her word about using her new speed, all while the family continue to keep their secret.

10/9c: Detroit 1-8-7  - rerun
A girl is murdered from the same high school as Lt. Mason’s daughter. The case turns up several suspects.

8/7c: NCIS - rerun
The team investigates the murder of a co-worker. Gibbs is surprised by the information uncovered. Part 1 of 2.

9/8c: Kennedy Center Honors - new special
A host of superstars come out to perform and show respect to this year’s honorees: Merle Haggard, Jerry Herman, Bill T. Jones, Paul McCartney and Oprah Winfrey.

8/7c: One Tree Hill - rerun
Clothes over Bros puts a rift between Brooke and Victoria. Nathan considers leaving the NBA, and Clay is released from the hospital.

9/8c: Life Unexpected - rerun
When Lux needs to pass a test she considers cheating. Caite accidentally eats banana bread laced with marijuana, and then gets into it with Ryan.

8/7c: Glee - rerun
The Glee Club gets split up into couples, but things go south when one kid gets sick. A family dinner also turns out to be a bad idea for Finn.

9/8c: Glee - rerun
Rachel is upset when budget cuts mean there will be no yearbook picture of the glee club. Will and Terri face some serious problems with their relationship.

NBC
8/7c: Sunday Night Football: Vikings at Eagles
For the first time since 1946 the major football game of the week was canceled on Sunday night. Good for us since there's nothing else on (at least until later).

The Kennedy Center Honors never fails to entertain, with big name stars and lots of schmooze. It should be a fun night. Not like there are a lot of other options on network TV tonight. Unless you have a show you’ve been missing.
